Job summary

The Groucho Club is seeking a warm, professional Receptionist to join our Front of House team in London. You will deliver exceptional hospitality, manage arrivals and enquiries, and help create a welcoming atmosphere for our members and guests.

Working closely with the Head of Front of House and Club teams, you will coordinate reservations, maintain accurate records and ensure a seamless, high-standard welcome experience that reflects the Club’s creative spirit.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in reception or front of house.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced hotel/private club setting.

Responsibilities

• Greet members, guests and visitors in a warm, professional manner.
• Manage arrivals, departures and enquiries with accuracy and courtesy.
• Handle reservations for dining and bedrooms, and coordinate with housekeeping.
