Active Life in Whitstable Pools & Fitness is seeking a friendly Customer Service Advisor to be the first point of contact for members and visitors. You will welcome people, answer enquiries in person, on the phone or via email, and help them access our facilities and activities.

You will manage bookings, handle payments, explain membership options and support registrations. The role values a proactive, reliable team player who communicates clearly and creates an inclusive, welcoming
