Job summary

Everyone Active at Whitehaven Leisure Centre is seeking a Membership Advisor to help grow our membership base and guide customers to the best options for achieving their fitness goals.

Role requires enthusiasm, strong communication across phone, face to face and email, and a passion for hitting targets. You’ll typically work days, evenings and weekends with a competitive salary and commission, plus free gym access for you and a partner/children at 200+ centres nationwide.

• Help expand Everyone Active’s membership base and drive sign-ups.
• Respond to inquiries by phone, email and in person to convert interest into membership.
