Job summary

Cedar Court Huddersfield is recruiting for a Guest Service Manager to lead our Guest Services team and uphold exceptional hospitality across busy conference days and leisure trade.

You will work closely with the Management Team to ensure smooth day-to-day operations, engage with guests, resolve queries, and contribute to a welcoming atmosphere aligned with Yorkshire values. This is a hands-on, multi-skilled role in a busy hotel.

Qualifications

• Lead and supervise the Guest Services team to deliver high standards of hospitality.
• Drive guest satisfaction through proactive service and problem-solving.
• Coordinate with management to ensure smooth day-to-day hotel operations.
• Engage confidently with guests and handle queries to create memorable experiences.
• Operate effectively in a high-volume environment while maintaining service levels.
• Support a friendly, Yorkshire-valued atmosphere and strong customer service.
• Demonstrate hands-on, multi-skilled contribution across Conference & Events, Food & Beverage and Reception.

Responsibilities
