Job summary

Cedar Court Huddersfield is recruiting for a Guest Service Manager to lead our Guest Services team and uphold exceptional hospitality across busy conference days and leisure trade.

You will work closely with the Management Team to ensure smooth day-to-day operations, engage with guests, resolve queries, and contribute to a welcoming atmosphere aligned with Yorkshire values. This is a hands-on, multi-skilled role in a busy hotel.

Sitting just off Junction 24 of the M62, Cedar Court Huddersfield is a full-service hotel built for volume and variety. With 115 bedrooms, 11 meeting and event rooms capable of hosting up to 400 guests, parking for 250 cars, and an on-site health club, it's a substantial operation that draws a broad mix of corporate, events, and leisure business throughout the week.

• Support the delivery of exceptional guest experiences, ensuring high standards of hospitality and service at all times
