Job summary

Qualifications
- Experience delivering outstanding guest service in hospitality.
- Excellent communication and the ability to make guests feel welcome.
- Able to motivate colleagues to deliver high standards of service.
- Confident with IT; familiarity with Opera is advantageous.
Responsibilities
- Welcome guests and build genuine connections to shape memorable experiences.
- Investigate and respond to guest feedback via direct, email or online channels.
- Liaise with hotel teams across departments to ensure a seamless guest experience.
- Act as lobby host to meet and greet guests and answer queries on arrival.
- Maintain a welcoming atmosphere from the moment guests arrive.
