Job summary

Mitie Group plc. is seeking a Customer Liaison Representative to greet visitors, direct them appropriately and deliver a high-quality service.

You will be the face of the Link Facility, reviewing bookings via the kiosk system and supporting Supervisors while maintaining a safe, welcoming environment. You will work a 42-hour week with set hours Mon-Thu 07:00–17:30 and Fri 07:00–13:00, earning £13.45 per hour.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated ability to contribute as a member of a team to achieve positive outcomes.
• Proven high level of customer service.
• Interpersonal and communication skills in English (written and spoken).
• Knowledge of Microsoft systems (Word, Excel) desired.
• Ability to gain SC Clearance.

Responsibilities

• Greet, welcome and direct visitors to the building.
• Be the first point of contact for clients arriving at the building.
• Review bookings via the Kiosk booking system/platform.
• Provide feedback to Team Leader and support Supervisors.
• Maintain high standards within the building and ensure customer needs are met.
• Assist with area seating planning and identify defects; report corrective actions.
