Splendid Hospitality Group is seeking a Front Office - Reception Manager for Hilton London Bankside in London. The role leads the front desk team to deliver exceptional service and create a welcoming guest experience from check-in to check-out.

You will oversee and train the Reception Team, drive efficient processes, and champion a high standard of organisation and guest care in a fast-paced hotel environment.

Responsibilities

• Creating a warm and inviting atmosphere at the front desk, ensuring every guest feels genuinely welcomed.
• Supervising and supporting the reception team, providing guidance, training, and encouragement to deliver excellent service.
• Ensuring smooth and seamless check-in and check-out processes for all guests, maintaining high standards of organisation, efficiency, and attention to detail.
• Continuously look for ways to enhance the guest experience and improve front desk procedures.
