Splendid Hospitality Group is seeking a Housekeeping Team Leader for Nights at Hilton London Bankside. You will lead the housekeeping team to ensure guest rooms and public areas are immaculate, while collaborating with Front Office and Maintenance to keep operations smooth.

The role emphasizes strong leadership, attention to detail, and a customer-first approach, with a focus on delivering outstanding guest experiences during night shifts.

Responsibilities

• Overseeing daily operations on assigned floors, ensuring high standards of cleanliness and presentation.
• Allocating tasks, monitoring performance, providing training and feedback to the team.
• Conducting regular checks of guest rooms, corridors and public areas to maintain standards.
• Coordinating with Front Office and Maintenance to update room status and repairs.
• Managing stock levels of cleaning supplies, linens and amenities.
• Responding to guest requests and complaints promptly and professionally.
