Qualifications

• Minimum 1–2 years front desk supervision/management in hospitality.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proven ability to lead a team and coach performance.
• Experience with budgeting, forecasting and financial reporting.
• Familiarity with front desk systems (PMS) such as Opera and MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Lead the front office team to deliver outstanding guest service and a welcoming atmosphere.
• Oversee check-in/out, room assignments and billing to ensure efficiency and accuracy.
• Recruit, train and mentor front desk staff to maintain service standards.
• Manage budgets, control expenses and participate in financial forecasting.
