You will manage reservations and walk-ins to maximise covers, handle inquiries across channels, and work closely with Concierge teams to coordinate guest requests and bookings. A lively, hospitality-led role within the JKS group awaits.

Qualifications

• Able to manage reservations and walk-ins to maximise covers.
• Experience with SevenRooms is preferred.
• Respond to face-to-face, phone and email queries politely and diplomatically.
