The Queens Hotel in Leeds is seeking a Housekeeping Supervisor to lead daily housekeeping operations and maintain the highest cleanliness standards. Reporting to the Head Housekeeper, you will allocate duties and ensure guest rooms and public areas meet top-quality standards.

Qualifications

• Previous hotel housekeeping experience, ideally as a Housekeeping Supervisor or Attendant.
• Commitment to delivering high levels of guest service and cleanliness.
• A positive attitude and a passion for hospitality.
• Ability to remain calm during difficult situations or in a very busy environment.
• Ability to demonstrate personal ownership of tasks and ensure completion to achieve required results.
• Proven track record of achieving outstanding levels of personal and departmental targets with attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills, verbal and written;
• Enthusiastic team player with a flexible approach.

Responsabilités

• Implementation of the housekeeping and company brand standards.
• Taking the lead in ensuring our guests receive the best experience.
• Maintain bedrooms and public areas to high standards through SOPs, training, and daily checks.
• Get actively involved in the team’s development.
• Work closely with Front Office, Maintenance and F&B teams.
• Seek feedback and evaluate service levels proactively.
• Develop strategies to improve where necessary.
