Responsibilities

• Opening doors when applicable and greeting guests.
• Welcoming and thanking guests; answering questions politely.
• Directing guests to areas and restrooms; answering the phone.
• Maintaining a clean and organized waiting area.
• Assisting servers, bussers and managers as needed.
• Performing opening/closing and side duties (cleaning, polishing, sweeping).
• Providing security for co-workers, guests and celebrities.
• Ensuring guest satisfaction and creating memorable experiences.
• Entertaining guests to create 'Raving Fans'.
