Job summary

Chartwells Independent is recruiting a dedicated Hospitality Assistant (Zero Hours) to help ensure the smooth running of operations on a permanent casual basis, contracted to 0 hours per week and approximately 42.6 weeks per year.

You will greet guests, serve customers, be knowledgeable about the menu, and make recommendations. You will represent Chartwells Independent and uphold food hygiene and health & safety standards in a school/education catering setting.

Qualifications

• Greeting guests with a friendly approach and delivering good service.
• Ability to work as part of a team in a busy hospitality environment.
• Good communication with customers and colleagues.
• Willingness to learn and be proactive in assisting guests.

Responsibilities

• Greeting and looking after our guests so they go home delighted.
• Serving customers, ensuring they receive an easy and seamless personalised experience.
• Being knowledgeable about the menu and making recommendations to our guests.
• Representing Chartwells Independent and maintaining a positive brand image.
