Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in hospitality, customer service, or another guest-facing role.
• Experience in hotel, guesthouse, serviced accommodation, or similar environment.
• Proven ability to create positive guest experiences, build rapport, and solve problems.
• Comfortable with admin tasks, handling phone enquiries, and keeping guest information organised.
• Warm, friendly demeanor and strong listening skills; remembers names and details.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests at check-in and check-out, learn names, and make guests feel at home from the first hello.
• Respond to messages quickly, including requests for towels or local restaurant recommendations.
• Share local knowledge and recommend neighbourhood spots and events.
• Spot needs before guests ask and assist with luggage or other needs.
• Handle guest concerns calmly, take ownership, and work toward a fair solution.
