As part of Caprice Holdings, you’ll support reservations, greet guests, and coordinate with the service staff to ensure a seamless experience.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a receptionist, host or Maitre D in hospitality.
• Experience with OpenTable or SevenRooms.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Positive and friendly demeanor.

Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome guests with warmth and professionalism.
• Manage reservations and ensure accurate table assignments.
• Open Table and/or Seven Rooms experience.
• Coordinate with the service team to ensure a seamless dining experience.
• Answer phone calls and inquiries, providing information and assistance.
• Maintain the reception area, keeping it clean and organized.
• Uphold the highest standards of service and guest satisfaction.
