Dalata Hotel Group is recruiting service-minded hospitality professionals to join our luxury 4-star team in the UK. You will welcome guests, handle check-ins and check-outs using Opera Cloud, process payments, and promote room upgrades and F&B offerings.

Responsabilités

• Provide a warm, professional welcome to guests in a 4-star hotel standard.
• Complete guest check-ins and check-outs using Opera Cloud.
• Process payments accurately and securely.
• Identify upselling opportunities for rooms, F&B, and services.
• Respond to guest inquiries about facilities and local attractions.
• Manage reservations, amendments and guest requests accurately.
