Job summary

Dalata Hotel Group in the United Kingdom is seeking an experienced Operations Manager to lead hotel operations, shape culture and drive outstanding performance across the team.

You will report to the General Manager, directly lead department heads, and ensure exceptional guest experiences while promoting financial success and a positive work environment.

Qualifications

• 2 to 3 years of experience in a hotel operations management role.
• Excellent leadership and people-management skills.
• Creative thinker with outgoing personality.
• Proven experience in effective people management.
• Confident managing multiple departments in a fast-paced environment.
• Exceptional attention to detail and guest-focused approach.
• Confident, ambitious, and proactive in approach.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic support to the Hotel Manager and the Cluster General Manager for all hotel operations.
• Directly lead the heads of departments.
• Ensure that all staff are consistently motivated and engaged to deliver excellence in service.
• Succession Planning – Lead the development and continuous learning of the hotel staff.
• Ensure the best level of customer care within the property.
• Support the profitability and cost management of the hotel.
