Job summary

Whitbread’s St Davids Premier Inn is hiring a Ground Floor Team Member to welcome guests, check them in, and assist with breakfast or dinner service. The role is permanent part-time with 20 guaranteed hours per week and pay up to £13.06 per hour.

Shifts include evenings, weekends and busy periods. As a Ground Floor Team Member you’ll help guests throughout their stay, keep reception and public areas tidy, and support teammates when busy.

Qualifications

• No hotel experience required.
• Friendly and able to stay calm in busy environments.
• Willing to work evenings, weekends and busy periods.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests and help them check in
• Serve breakfast or evening meals
• Answer questions and help solve problems
• Help keep the reception, restaurant and public areas looking their best
• Support your teammates across the hotel when things get busy
• Make sure every guest feels looked after from arrival to departure
