Job summary

Premier Inn in Bellshill/ Glasgow area is looking for a Ground Floor Team Member to welcome guests, assist with check-ins, and provide breakfast or dinner service. You may also help guests with local recommendations and solve problems to ensure a smooth stay.

No hotel experience is required; friendly, people-focused individuals who stay calm under pressure are invited to apply. You’ll work as part of a busy team across the hotel.

Qualifications

• Some of our best Ground Floor Team Members have joined us from retail, cafés, pubs, restaurants, leisure, travel and customer service.
• If you're friendly, enjoy helping people and can stay calm when it's busy, we'll teach you the rest.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests and help them check in
• Serve breakfast or evening meals
• Answer questions and help solve problems
• Help keep the reception, restaurant and public areas looking their best
• Support your teammates across the hotel when things get busy
• Make sure every guest feels looked after from arrival to departure
