Job summary

Premier Inn in Glasgow (Bellshill) is hiring a Ground Floor Team Member. You’ll welcome guests, help them check in, serve breakfast or dinner, and ensure their stay runs smoothly across shifts.

No two shifts are the same; you may assist families, recommend local eateries, or resolve guest questions. The role requires a friendly, calm attitude and a willingness to learn.

Pay is up to £13.06 per hour, permanent contract, 24 guaranteed hours per week.

Qualifications

• Experience in hospitality preferred but not required.
• Friendly and helpful demeanor is essential.
• Ability to stay calm when busy and multi-task.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and help them check in
• Serve breakfast or evening meals
• Answer questions and help solve problems
• Keep reception, restaurant and public areas tidy
• Support teammates across the hotel when busy
• Ensure guests feel looked after from arrival to departure
