Job summary

Premier Inn in Glasgow Stepps is looking for a Ground Floor Team Member to welcome guests, assist with check-in, and help with breakfast or dinner service. You’ll be a friendly, proactive host, supporting guests and colleagues across the hotel to ensure smooth stays.

The role is part-time (15 hours per week), paying up to £13.06 per hour, with shifts including evenings and weekends. You’ll join a team that keeps reception, restaurant, and public areas looking their best.

Qualifications

• Friendly, helpful approach to guest service.
• Ability to assist guests with check-in and questions.
• Willingness to support across hotel areas during busy times.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests and help them check in.
