Job summary

Tenpin is seeking a Customer Service Assistant at our Clydebank venue to deliver a fun, high-energy experience for guests. You’ll handle reception bookings, greet customers, answer enquiries, and identify sales opportunities while contributing to a welcoming environment.

As part of a busy team, you’ll host events, support bar and food service, maintain clean spaces, and ensure guests have a memorable visit from start to finish. Evening and weekend flexibility is important to us.

Qualifications

• Excellent customer service, communication skills, and a can-do attitude.
• Fully flexible, including evenings and weekends.
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong team player with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Manage reception bookings and guest enquiries.
• Identify sales opportunities and host events.
• Maintain cleanliness and assist with food and drinks.
• Work across departments (Laser Arena, Escape Room, bar and karaoke).
