Job summary

ATG Entertainment Limited in Wimbledon seeks a Customer Service Host - Ticketing to deliver enhanced counter service, answer ticketing queries, and drive on-site sales during performances. You will work with the Ticketing and Sales Manager and theatre teams to provide production information, arrange bookings for dining or local activities, and support guest experiences throughout the show.

Qualifications

Responsive and proactive customer service approach.
Strong communication with customers and colleagues.
Ability to resolve issues and escalate when needed.
Comfortable collaborating with multiple theatre departments.
Adaptable to changing shifts and tasks.
Attention to detail in bookings and payments.
Respectful and polite interaction with all patrons.

Responsibilities

Resolve customer issues and act as primary contact for Ticketing queries.
Provide information on packages and activities; make bookings when requested.
Compile attendee lists at shift start and offer premium welcome and assistance.
Optionally cover Front of House duties during low demand as directed.
Support Access patrons and understand Access membership requirements.
Brief staff on interval and post-show arrangements to maintain premium experience.
