Job summary

You will manage reservations, record bookings, update availability, and confirm reservations as needed, while monitoring outlet activity to anticipate guest needs and maintain the highest standards of service.

Qualifications

• Previous experience within the hospitality industry, preferable in fine dining or upscale restaurants.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with guests, staff, and management.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in reservation management software and basic computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests as they arrive, providing a warm welcome and assisting with seating arrangements.
• Maintain a comprehensive understanding of the restaurant's layout, table availability, and seating capacity.
• Manage reservations, including recording bookings, updating availability, and confirming reservations as needed.
• Monitor outlet activity to anticipate guest needs and ensure a seamless dining experience.
• Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints promptly and professionally, striving to resolve issues to the guest's satisfaction.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization in the front-of-house area, including the reception area and dining room
• Collaborate with management to develop and implement strategies for enhancing the guest experience and maximizing revenue.
• Uphold high standards of professionalism, hospitality, and guest service at all times.
