Job summary

Ember Locke Kensington in London invites applications for a Front of House Assistant. You will welcome guests with warmth, handle check-ins/outs, and manage reservations, providing support across our restaurant, bar, breakfast and grab-and-go outlets.

You will share local knowledge, maintain high standards of presentation, cleanliness and safety, and collaborate across departments to ensure memorable stays for every guest.

Qualifications

• Previous hotel reception experience.
• Experience in food and beverage services is desirable.
• Experience using PMS and POS systems.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests with warmth, personality and professionalism; manage check-ins and check-outs.
• Handle reservations and guest support to ensure a seamless stay.
• Provide outstanding food and beverage service across restaurant, bar, breakfast and grab‑and‑go outlets.
• Maintain high standards of presentation, cleanliness and safety in public spaces.
• Collaborate across departments to meet business needs and support events and activations.
