leaf HOSPITALITY is seeking a friendly Guest Service Assistant to join our Blackburn-based hotel team. You will help front desk and lounge operations, warmly welcoming guests and supporting breakfast service to ensure memorable stays.

We value a positive, proactive attitude with good communication and teamwork, in a busy hospitality environment. Compatibility with evening and weekend shifts is encouraged.

Qualifications

• Experience in hospitality or front desk preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests and create a positive first impression.
• Assist guests with enquiries and requests professionally.
• Manage check-ins, check-outs and reservations to standard.
• Provide information about the hotel and local area.
• Handle guest feedback and escalate when needed.
• Support front office and hotel operations.
• Process payments and maintain accurate records.
• Keep public areas welcoming and presentable.
• Assist in upselling hotel services.
• Collaborate with colleagues to deliver great guest experiences.
