Job summary

Bruntwood is seeking a Host to be the face of our buildings, delivering a high-quality customer experience and building strong relationships with tenants and visitors. The role suits individuals from hospitality or retail backgrounds who enjoy engaging with people and ensuring outstanding service in a dynamic environment.

Based primarily at Booths Park with occasional duties at Wilderspool Park, you’ll work Monday to Friday, 40 hours per week, with 08:00-17:00 shifts.

Qualifications

• Hospitality/retail/cabin crew background is ideal.
• Admin experience is a must.
• Excellent communicator with a personable approach.
• Strong energy and positivity to engage customers throughout the day.
• Ability to manage inquiries mailbox daily.
• Curious with high attention to detail and motivation to go above and beyond for customers.

Responsibilities

• Deliver a positive customer experience within the building.
• Build long-term professional relationships with customers.
• Be the first point of contact for all customers and visitors in the building.
• Support and facilitate events and meetings within the building.
• Facilitate new customer viewings to support the sales process.
• Host meeting rooms, coworking spaces, and lounges, maintaining high standards of presentation and service.
