Bruntwood is seeking a Host to be the front-line representative at Booths Park, with occasional cover at Wilderspool Park. The role is Monday–Friday, 40 hours, 08:00–17:00, with a valid driver’s license and access to a vehicle. You will build relationships with tenants and visitors, supporting events and the sales process.

This position suits candidates with hospitality, retail, or cabin crew backgrounds who excel at people-focused service and maintaining high standards of presentation.

Qualificações

• Admin experience is a must, as you will manage enquiries mailbox daily.
• You will be an excellent communicator with a friendly, people-focused approach.
• Hospitality/retail or service sector background is desirable.

Responsabilidades

• Deliver a positive Customer Experience within the building.
• Build lasting professional relationships with customers.
• Be the first point of contact for all customers and visitors.
• Support and facilitate events and meetings within the building.
• Facilitate new customer viewings to support the sales process.
• Host meeting rooms and communal areas, maintaining high presentation standards.
• Manage own workload between desk tasks and relationship-building.
• Collate customer intelligence and update systems to support sales and retention.
• Work with the wider team across Bruntwood.
• Promote wellbeing in the workplace and drive continuous improvement.
