Qualifications

• Previous experience in hospitality, guest services, or concierge roles.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Able to work flexible shifts, including weekends and evenings.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests with warmth and professionalism.
• Manage check-in/check-out and front desk operations.
• Assist with spa, dining, and activity bookings.
• Provide tailored recommendations for local experiences.
• Escort guests to rooms or lodges and assist with luggage.
