Are you naturally warm, curious, and passionate about creating unforgettable guest experiences?

We're looking for a Receptionist to be the welcoming face of our hotel - guiding guests from arrival to departure and helping them make the most of their stay. You will be part concierge, part experience curator, and part problem-solver. Whether it's arranging a last-minute spa treatment, recommending a scenic walk, or simply offering a warm smile, you'll play a key role in delivering our signature hospitality.

This is a hands-on, guest-facing role that goes far beyond reception. You'll assist and build rapport with guests across the estate, support meetings and events, and ensure our facilities are always guest-ready. You'll be the go-to person for local knowledge, special requests, and those little touches that turn a good stay into a great one.

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome guests with warmth and professionalism
• Manage check-in/check-out and front desk operations
• Assist with spa, dining, and activity bookings
• Provide tailored recommendations for local experiences
• Escort guests to rooms or lodges and assist with luggage
• Support meetings, weddings, and events with guest coordination
• Conduct walkthroughs to ensure cleanliness and readiness
• Liaise with housekeeping, maintenance, and transport providers
• Deliver special touches for birthdays, anniversaries, and VIP stays
• Maintain accurate guest notes and shift handovers

• Comfortable using booking systems and handling payments
