Green & Fortune is excited to offer a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Host to join our team at Rotunda Restaurant in Kings Place, London. We are seeking individuals with hospitality experience, excellent English communication, and a friendly, detail-oriented approach to guest service.

You will greet guests, manage reservations, support the floor, and help ensure smooth dining experiences in a busy, service-driven environment.

Qualifications

Proven experience as a Host/Receptionist in a similar setting.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
Strong attention to detail and cleanliness.

Responsibilities

Greet guests and seat them promptly according to service order.
Interact with customers and support the floor as needed.
Manage reservations and inquiries via email and telephone; assign tables.
Coordinate with guests on enquiries and events.
Maintain a clean, organized area and ensure health & safety compliance.
Handle cash transactions and keep accurate sales records.
Collaborate with the team to ensure smooth restaurant operation and customer satisfaction.
Uphold high standards of customer service and professionalism.
