Job summary

Green & Fortune in Kings Cross is seeking a Barback to join Rotunda, our flagship restaurant. You will help stock the bar, support service, and keep areas clean and orderly.

You’ll work with a friendly team, develop bar skills, and contribute to memorable hospitality experiences. Experience in bar/hospitality is preferred, and strong interpersonal and multitasking abilities help you shine.

Qualifications

• Experience in a bar or hospitality setting preferable.
• Interest and desire to develop bar skills.
• Product knowledge; some understanding of alcohol and beverage service.
• Excellent interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
• Attention to detail and cleanliness

Responsibilities

• Supporting the bar team ensuring the bar is stocked and prepared for service.
• Assist the logistics team with deliveries and maintenance of stock.
• Maintain a clean and organized floor and bar area, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Collaborate with the team to ensure smooth operation of the bar and overall customer satisfaction.
• Uphold the highest standards of customer service and professionalism
