Job summary

Green & Fortune is seeking an experienced Host to join Rotunda Restaurant at Kings Place in London. You will greet guests, manage seating, and support the floor to ensure outstanding service. Strong English communication and a friendly, detail-oriented approach are essential for success.

This role involves handling reservations, events inquiries, and maintaining high standards of cleanliness and professionalism in a busy environment. Eligibility to work in the UK is required.

Qualifications

Proven experience as a Host/Receptionist in a similar setting.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.

Responsibilities

Greet guests and seat promptly in line with service order.
Interact with customers and support the floor as needed.
Manage reservations, enquiries and table assignments by email/phone.
Coordinate with guests on enquiries and events.
Maintain a clean, organized area compliant with health & safety.
Handle cash transactions and maintain sales records.
Collaborate with team to ensure smooth restaurant operation.
