Job summary

Premier Inn Milton Keynes (Willen Lake) is recruiting Ground Floor Team Members to work 20 hours per week. You’ll welcome guests, assist with check-in, and serve breakfast or dinner to help ensure a smooth stay. This is a permanent role with shifts including evenings and weekends.

Pay is up to £13.06 per hour. No hotel experience is required—friendly, calm under pressure, and a willingness to help others will help you succeed. We’ll train you and support your career across Premier Inn.

Qualifications

• No hotel experience required; we welcome applicants from retail, cafés, pubs, restaurants, leisure and customer service.
• Be friendly, enjoy helping people and stay calm when it’s busy.
• We’ll teach you the rest and support your development across Premier Inn.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests and help them check in.
• Serve breakfast or evening meals, including bar work and serving alcoholic drinks.
• Answer questions and help solve problems for guests.
• Keep reception, restaurant and public areas clean and welcoming.
• Support teammates across the hotel when busy.
• Ensure every guest feels looked after from arrival to departure.
