Qualifications

• Experience in a similar receptionist/hospitality role.
• Strong customer service and interpersonal skills.
• Able to stay calm and friendly during busy periods.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and manage check-in/check-out processes.
• Suggest local attractions and dining options to guests.
• Coordinate with restaurant and other departments to ensure seamless guest experience.
• Maintain a welcoming and professional front-of-house presence.
• Support rota fairness and flexible scheduling when required.
