Job summary

Park Holidays UK is seeking a Receptionist to deliver outstanding guest service at our holiday parks. You’ll greet visitors, provide information on activities and facilities, handle reservations, and manage payments with a friendly, professional approach.

As the first point of contact, you’ll support the Holiday Sales Manager, operate the park phone system, and maintain a welcoming reception area. DBS check applies.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Passion for customer service and a friendly, approachable manner.
• Good organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Reception or front‑of‑house experience is desirable but not essential.
• Role is subject to a DBS check.

Responsibilities

• Meet and greet holiday guests as the first point of contact for the park.
• Carry out administration duties on Park Vision as guided by the Holiday Sales Manager.
• Provide information on park activities, facilities and local services.
• Provide a reservations service to all resident guests.
• Process payments for holidays or caravan owners' accounts and issue receipts.
• Operate the Park telephone system and manage Welcome Packs.
• Open and process post and keep the office tidy.
