Job summary

Hilton is seeking a Housekeeping Floor Supervisor/Accommodation Supervisor in Greater London to lead the housekeeping team, train staff, and ensure the highest cleanliness standards across guest rooms and public areas.

You’ll perform room inspections, coordinate maintenance needs, and manage stock and equipment while delivering exceptional guest experiences, including VIP requests. Join a globally renowned brand focused on light and hospitality.

Responsibilities

• Supervise housekeeping team; train, schedule and oversee staff to ensure cleanliness and quality in guest rooms.
• Conduct room and area inspections; perform routine checks of checkout rooms, spot inspections of occupied rooms, and review service areas to ensure standards.
• Coordinate maintenance needs; report and follow up promptly on maintenance issues or facility concerns.
• Oversee special projects; schedule and supervise periodic deep cleaning and other housekeeping initiatives.
• Manage inventory and equipment; maintain stock levels and ensure proper maintenance of housekeeping equipment.
• Delight guests by delivering excellent service including VIP and special requests.
