Job summary

Imperial Hotels London is seeking a Housekeeping Supervisor to join the team at our Bloomsbury/ central London hotel. You will supervise daily cleaning, perform spot checks and ensure rooms and public areas meet high cleanliness standards.

Based in a busy hotel environment, you will manage shifts, coordinate storerooms, and support our housekeeping team to deliver spotless guest spaces and a memorable stay.

Qualifications

• 2 years' experience as a Housekeeping Supervisor in hotel operations.
• Exceptional attention to detail and ability to inspect rooms to high standards.
• Strong time management and organisational skills, especially in high-occupancy periods.

Responsibilities

• Conduct spot checks of rooms and areas to ensure cleanliness.
• Supervise and assign daily cleaning of designated rooms, bathrooms, corridors and public areas.
• Organise storerooms and trolleys to keep spaces orderly and efficient.
