Job summary

The Dixon, Tower Bridge, Autograph Collection hotel, part of Dominus, is recruiting for a Front of House role within our vibrant F&B team. You will welcome guests, take orders and deliver memorable service in Shakedown Restaurant & Café, Courtroom Bar and Meetings & Events.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a customer-facing or service environment.
• Friendly and confident engaging with guests.
• Able to remain calm and professional in a busy, fast-paced environment.
• Willing and enthusiastic to learn, develop food and beverage knowledge.
• Strong team player with flexibility to adapt to different tasks.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests warmly and deliver attentive, personalised service throughout their experience.
• Take orders and ensure food and drinks are delivered accurately and efficiently.
• Develop knowledge of our menus and confidently recommend items.
• Create memorable guest experiences through engaging service and attention to detail.
• Support meetings, private dining and events, including room set-up and service.
• Ensure service areas are prepared and maintained to a high standard.
• Collaborate with F&B and Kitchen teams for smooth service.
• Support colleagues during busy periods and maintain a positive team environment.
• Complete pre- and post-service duties across Shakedown Restaurant & Café, Courtroom Bar and Meetings & Events.
