Job summary

The Dixon, Tower Bridge - Autograph Collection is hiring a Food & Beverage Manager to lead all restaurant, bar, café and meetings & events operations. You will work with the Hotel Manager and Executive Head Chef to drive guest satisfaction, build strong teams and maintain top standards of quality, service and compliance.

This hands-on leadership role requires commercial acumen, a strong operations presence and a passion for hospitality, delivering exceptional experiences across all outlets.

Qualifications

• Experience as Food & Beverage Manager or similar role in a hotel or multi-outlet environment.
• Proven ability to lead, motivate and develop large teams.
• Strong commercial awareness with budgeting, payroll and stock control experience.
• Knowledge of food safety, allergen management and licensing requirements.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach and develop the Food & Beverage team across all outlets.
• Oversee recruitment, onboarding, training and succession planning.
• Drive guest experiences and maintain high service standards.
• Monitor feedback and implement improvements.
• Ensure compliance with brand, health & safety, allergen and licensing rules.
• Manage labour, payroll, and costs to meet budgets.
• Deliver revenue growth through sales initiatives and promotions.
• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing and Revenue teams.
• Oversee stock control, purchasing and inventory management.
• Analyze performance and drive profitability and efficiency.
• Lead meetings and communicate objectives across teams.
