Dominus in Greater London is seeking a proactive Food & Beverage Supervisor to lead the F&B team across our outlets, delivering exceptional guest experiences and upselling opportunities.

You will coach staff, maintain brand standards, control stock and costs, and work with management to drive departmental performance in a busy hotel environment. This on-site role requires excellent communication, a passion for hospitality, and the ability to prioritise in a fast-paced setting.

• Experience leading a F&B team in a hotel or restaurant.
