Job summary

Valor Hospitality in High Wycombe is seeking a friendly and proactive Food and Beverage Assistant to join our team. You will help prepare and serve food and drinks, ensuring guests have a memorable dining experience.

This role requires excellent communication, the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment, and a commitment to high service standards. Evening, weekend, and holiday shifts are available.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a similar role within the hospitality industry is desirable but not mandatory.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks efficiently.
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high standards.
• Flexible to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the preparation and serving of food and beverages to guests in an efficient and pleasant manner.
• Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the dining areas, ensuring compliance with health and safety standards.
• Provide excellent customer service by addressing guest inquiries and resolving complaints promptly and professionally.
• Support the Food and Beverage team in all operational duties, including setting up and clearing tables, restocking supplies, and assisting with inventory management.
• Assist in the coordination and execution of events and special functions.
• Ensure all areas are well-stocked and presented impeccably at all times.
