Job summary

The Torridon, a Relais & Châteaux five‑star boutique resort set on 58 acres by Loch Torridon in the Scottish Highlands, is hiring for guest service roles. You will warmly welcome guests and provide attentive food and beverage service across restaurants, bars, lounges, room service and events.

Full training will be provided; prior hospitality or customer service experience is desirable, and good spoken English is essential.

Qualifications

• No formal qualifications are essential; full training will be provided.
• Previous hospitality or customer service experience is desirable.
• A food hygiene qualification is helpful but not essential.
• Candidates must have the right to work in the UK and be able to live in a rural location.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests warmly and deliver attentive food and beverage service across our venues.
• Anticipate guest needs and help create memorable experiences.
• Learn menus, allergens, dietary requirements and daily specials to speak confidently.
• Coordinate with Food & Beverage, Kitchen, Front of House, Housekeeping and Maintenance to ensure smooth service.
• Respond professionally to guest questions and requests, escalating when needed.
• Support private dining, events and other operational needs as directed.
