Harri is seeking a friendly restaurant team member to welcome guests, take and serve orders, and help ensure a memorable dining experience in our hotel dining environment. Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of customer service experience.

Responsibilities

• Take and serve orders accurately while maintaining presentation standards.
• Provide detailed information about menu items, ingredients, and preparation.
• Maintain cleanliness and organisation of dining areas and stations.
• Coordinate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of food and drinks.
• Handle guest inquiries and resolve issues professionally.
• Promote restaurant services and specials to enhance guest experience and sales.
• Follow safety and hygiene protocols to ensure a safe working environment.
• Assist with inventory management and restocking.
