Job summary

Aimbridge Hospitality EMEA is seeking a Food and Beverage Assistant to join our guest-focused team. You will greet guests, take orders, serve food and drinks, handle payments and ensure a first-class dining experience.

You'll maintain a clean, organized dining area, restock supplies, and support colleagues across the hotel with agility while delivering exceptional customer service in line with our brand standards.

Qualifications

• Strong communication skills and the ability to engage with guests in a friendly and professional manner.
• Ability to work well in a team and collaborate with other staff to provide excellent service across the hotel.
• Attention to detail and ability to maintain a clean and organized dining area.
• Flexible to work varying shifts, including nights, weekends and holidays.
