• The ideal candidate will have at least a year’s experience in a similar position and be able to deliver great service to guests.

Responsibilities

• Ensuring designated areas are cleaned to company standards and hygiene is maintained.
• Help control costs through stock ordering and minimising waste.
• Deal with reasonable guest requests in a professional manner.
• Strive to anticipate customer needs and enhance satisfaction where possible.
• Ensure Health and Safety and Fire Safety standards are maintained.
