Job summary

Four Seasons Hotel Hampshire is seeking a Guest Service Agent for our Front Office team. You will be the heart of the guest journey, greeting arrivals, handling check-ins and check-outs, and ensuring a memorable stay.

You will work closely with Concierge, Housekeeping and other departments to deliver exceptional service, build genuine guest relationships, and uphold Four Seasons standards. Flexibility to work shifts, including evenings and weekends, is required.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a guest service, reception, hospitality or customer-facing role.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Flexibility to work shifts, including evenings, weekends and public holidays.
• Additional language skills would be considered an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional guest service throughout every stage of the guest experience.
• Welcome guests and efficiently process arrivals and departures.
• Respond to guest inquiries and requests in a timely, professional manner.
• Maintain accurate guest profiles, reservations and billing records.
• Provide information about hotel facilities and local attractions.
• Collaborate with Concierge, Housekeeping, Food & Beverage to ensure seamless guest experiences.
• Handle payments and daily accounting tasks accurately.
