Job summary

Four Seasons Hampshire is seeking an Assistant Restaurant Manager to join our Food & Beverage team. You will work closely with the Restaurant Manager to ensure the highest standards of service and guest experience in our luxury restaurant.

You will lead and develop the team, train and motivate staff, manage daily operations, monitor health and safety, and help control costs while delivering memorable dining experiences.

Qualifications

• Experience in supervising restaurant operations within luxury hospitality.
• Passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences.
• Ability to coach, mentor, and inspire a diverse team.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operation of the restaurant, ensuring exceptional service standards.
• Lead, motivate, and develop the restaurant team, fostering a positive and high-performing environment.
• Assist with team training, performance management, and ongoing development initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, hygiene, and company policies and procedures.
• Handle guest feedback professionally and efficiently, resolving concerns to ensure guest satisfaction.
• Support labour and cost control measures to help achieve departmental financial goals.
• Manage restaurant service periods, ensuring seamless coordination between front and back of house teams.
• Maintain high standards of presentation, cleanliness, and operational excellence throughout the restaurant.
• Support inventory management, ordering processes, and stock control where required.
• Act as a role model for luxury hospitality, providing outstanding service and leadership on every shift.
