Premier Inn in Swindon Town Centre is seeking a Ground Floor Team Member. You’ll welcome guests, help with check-in, and assist with breakfast or dinner service while ensuring a smooth stay.

No two shifts are the same—you may help families checking in, recommend local dining, or solve guest issues during busy periods. Training is provided to develop further skills and roles within Premier Inn.

Qualifications

• No hotel experience required.
• Friendly, helpful and calm under pressure.
• Willing to learn and adapt to shifting duties.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests and assist with check-in.
• Serve breakfast or dinner, including bar service and alcohol.
• Answer questions and help resolve guest issues.
• Keep reception, restaurant and public areas clean and welcoming.
• Support teammates when busy and ensure guests are looked after from arrival to departure.
